Refunds and Exchanges.

If the item fault with my work or mistake on my part or not as description, I will accept returns within 7 days of you receiving it.

Please see below re custom and commission orders.

Return postage costs will not be refunded unless a mistake was made on my part.

If you wish to return an item please contact me before doing so, DizzyTykeDesigns@gmail.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 days , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the timescales they set. Confirmation of my processing it will be forwarded to you.


Custom and Commission Orders.

Work  will commence once payment is received and an estimated dispatch date is agreed.
I only accept refunds on custom orders only if there is a fault with my work or mistake on my part.
I will not accept cancellation of orders once work has commenced.
If return of a custom or commission order has been agreed, you MUST send the whole consignment for dispatched and return within 3 days.

Post and Packing.

Post and Package included on site is for Mainland UK ONLY, all other locations post and package is displayed at checkout.

UK – Parcels post all of items via tracked Royal Mail 48 hr
Envelopes that are able to travel by Royal Mail on a standard fist call stamp will be dispatched in this way.

International Parcels

Packages and Parcels for  all of items are sent via tracked Royal Mail.
International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom fees.
I always obtain proof of postage and if an item or package gets lost in the post, Dizzy Tyke Designs cannot be held responsible.   

Item marked Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to return address on packaging.

GDPR

Please see linked page re cookies. as you will have seen there are no adverts on my page that collect data and I only keep customer details where they have chosen to join my mailing list (which you can unsubscribe to at any time). You will see there are some cookies on the page and these are in the main anonymous analytical face for me see how best to develop my web site and social media.
