All parcels are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked. within UK they are Tracked 48.

Orders for stock items placed
Between 17:00 (BST) on 2nd May and 18th May 2025 will be dispatched by 21st May 2025
Between 17:00 (BST) on 5th and 26th June 2025 will be dispatched by 30th June 2025.
Between 17:00 (BST) on 14th and 24th August 2025 will be dispatched by 27th August 2025.
Between 17:00 (BST) on 27th August and 7th September 2025 will be dispatched by 10th September 2025.
At all other times normal dispatch times will apply with Stock items are dispatched within 3 working days, usually quicker.
Personalisation
Orders for personalisation on stock items placed
Between 17:00 (BST) on 2nd May and 18th May 2025 will be dispatched by 23rd May 2025.
Between 17:00 (BST) on 5th and 26th June 2025 will be dispatched by 3rd July 2025.
Between 17:00 (BST) on 27th August and 7th September 2025 will be dispatched by 11th September 2025.
Between 17:00 (BST) on 14th and 24th August 2025 will be dispatched by 27th August 2025.
At all other times orders for personalisation of stock items (eg name or registration), are dispatched within 4 working days, usually quicker
Bespoke items and Special orders.
Dispatch will be governed by your requirements. Once we have agreed your design needs, I will be able to give you an accurate dispatch timeline, this will be governed by fabrics, design work required, quantity ordered , where you are located and machine time.
